Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (Offered Through Feya Health)

In partnership with Feya Health, we provide medically supervised ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and complex trauma.

This service combines the neurobiological benefits of ketamine with structured psychological support, allowing for:

  • increased emotional openness

  • reduced symptom intensity

  • deeper personal insight

Clients receive preparation, guided integration sessions, and ongoing follow-up to ensure a safe, grounded, and transformative experience.

Individual Trauma-Based Therapy

Trauma can profoundly affect thoughts, emotions, and relationships. It may present as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty trusting others. Treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation techniques

Therapy focuses on understanding how trauma affects the nervous system, increasing emotional regulation skills, and fostering post-traumatic growth within a safe, structured therapeutic relationship.

Art Integrated Therapy

When clinically appropriate, creative expression is integrated to help:

  • externalize complex emotions

  • access nonverbal or body-stored memories

  • support healing beyond traditional talk therapy

Art serves as both a diagnostic and therapeutic tool, facilitating deeper mind-body integration.

Transgender-Related Issues

I specialize in working with transgender and gender-diverse individuals, providing an affirming, respectful, and clinically informed therapeutic environment. Areas of focus include:

  • gender identity exploration

  • navigating dysphoria

  • family or social challenges

  • trauma associated with gender-based experiences

  • support through social and medical transition

  • collaboration with multidisciplinary providers

Therapy emphasizes empowerment, identity affirmation, and compassion while addressing the psychological and systemic factors influencing well-being. Each client’s path is unique, and treatment is grounded in cultural competence and advocacy.

Family Therapy

Family dynamics play an essential role in emotional well-being and healing. Therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening emotional bonds, and fostering mutual understanding.

Approaches include:

  • Family systems theory

  • Attachment-based frameworks

  • Trauma-informed principles

For families navigating trauma, identity development, or gender transition, therapy provides a supportive space to process emotions, build empathy, and cultivate resilience.
